Kinsey Baldwin is a junior at Greenbrier East High School. This is her first year writing for The Spartan Shield. She loves cooking, and is in the Prostart program for her second year. She eats a plant-based diet, which restricts processed foods along with oils. She has a year-old pet rabbit named Flynn who is a brown broken rex. Kinsey’s in a family of eight with two sets of twins as siblings! Her favorite hobbies are watching shows, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends.
