HOSA Wins Big at International Leadership Competition
November 5, 2019
Every year, after placing in the top three in their category at state level competition, Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) members look forward to the HOSA International Leadership Conference and Competition. Greenbrier East HOSA sends several students to this event every year, and always brings home several awards. This year, however, the group was even more successful than usual. After attending the conference and competition in Orlando, Florida, the group brought home the following awards:
1st Place Medical Reserve Corps (Brett Napier, Kylie Thomson, Kelly Hanson, and Molli Baker); 7th Place Physical Therapy (Christine Scronce); Top 20 Public Service Announcement (Amber Frazer, Rebecca Hudson, and Layton Dodd); Top 20 Public Service Announcement (Clay Jackson, Grant Hall, Caitlyn Price, Kaylee Hensley, Lindsey Sherwood, and Kendra Bostic); Outstanding HOSA Chapter (Amber Ramsey); and HOSA Happenings (Amber Ramsey).
Congratulations to all the winners and keep up the good work!
