Lashawnti Winston is a junior and this is her first year writing for The Spartan Shield. She is an active member of the school’s ROTC, SGA, and cheerleading team. Shawnti enjoys listening to music and being with family. After high school she hopes to attend college in North Carolina, and later study law.  Shawnti loves to interview and write, so The Spartan Shield is a perfect fit for her!
