Irelyn Sams is a junior at Greenbrier East High School and this is her first time writing for The Spartan Shield. Irelyn enjoys quality time with her friends and family. She loves going on scenic walks and drinking Starbucks while studying. She also enjoys listening to her favorite band Fleetwood Mac, and window shopping in downtown Lewisburg. She loves watching TV shows, her favorite being “Pretty Little Liars.” Her favorite sport to play and watch is basketball. She loves to write about different topics, especially history.
