Shawnti enjoys listening to music and being with family. After high school she hopes to attend college in North Carolina, and later study law.  Shawnti loves to interview and write, so The Spartan Shield is a perfect fit for her!

Mia Rowan is a sophomore at Greenbrier East High School and this is her first year writing for The Spartan Shield. She is very active and enjoys hiking, doing gymnastics, running track, and cheerleading. She LOVES McDonalds, tacos, and her dogs. She tries to live life to its fullest.
